Shipping
Bulk Cloth Diaper offers a flat rate of
$5 for shipment of orders to the contiguous United States
(Alaska and Hawaii not included). All orders are shipped via United
States Postal Service. To be able to offer reasonable prices we
often use "recycled" shipping products.
Insurance
If you would like your order shipped insured mail we recommend purchasing
Package Insurance. If you purchase insurance we do guarantee delivery
and a replacement package will be sent out after 30 days of original
ship date. If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible
for packages once they leave our warehouse so we strongly encourage
the purchase of insurance. We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation
or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered",
the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery
address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your
package.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
Due to the significantly higher postage rates to ship to Alaska
and Hawaii we do charge exact shipping on those orders. All orders
will be shipped US Priority Mail. Orders will be charged an additional
charge if necessary if the shopping cart does not calculate the
exact shipping costs.
International shipping
At the current time we can only ship within the United States.
Cancelling an order
Unfortunately once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled.
If you do need to make a return please let us know and we can certainly
accomodate you. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Processing
We usually process orders and ship them out within 2-3 business
days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.)
Please note that during the summer months (June, July and August)
orders placed Wednesday thru Sunday will most likely ship on the
following Monday.

Return Policy
Please review our return policies and instructions in its entirety to ensure a smooth and easy
return process.
Instructions For All Returns
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase/invoice date.
- Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be. Original condition
means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include all original
tags and packaging (if applicable).
- You must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization form online for all returns.
Please wait for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to be approved
before shipping your return to us. You will receive an email notification when your request
has been approved including your RMA number and return instructions.
- After obtaining your RMA number, please send your package, along with a copy of your
original receipt, to:

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend
purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is
traceable. Bulk Cloth Diaper is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
- When your package is received you will receive an email indicating your package has been
“received.” Returns are processed once a week. When your return is processed, you will
receive an email indicating your return is “complete.”
- If you opted for a refund, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment. If you
opted for store credit, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
Please note: If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be
deducted from all returns processed for a refund (if the entire order was returned). Partial
returns, or returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.
Exceptions
Final Sale or Clearance Items. These items cannot be returned/exchanged. No exceptions!
Defective Merchandise. While every effort has been made to provide you with top quality
merchandise, if you believe you have defective merchandise, you must contact the manufacturer
directly. Please contact us for the manufacturer’s contact details. Unfortunately we cannot accept
returns on defective merchandise.
Package Deals. If you purchased a package deal and return only a portion of it, we calculate the
items you kept as if you had purchased them individually at regular retail value from our
website. If you purchase a package deal that included a free bonus item(s), you will need to
return the free items (still in their new/unused condition) along with your return. If the free item
has been used, or you decide you would like to keep the item, then the cost of the item will be
deducted from your return.
Refused Packages. Refusing a package is not a viable return method. Any packages sent back to
us as refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you need to make a return please follow our
return procedure listed above.
Gift Returns. If you received a gift purchased from Bulk Cloth Diaper, you may return the item
for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date (all return policies apply). We will need the
original invoice number in order to process your return request. If you do not have the invoice
number please contact us with the name of the purchaser and we will be able to look up the
information for you. Once we receive and process your return we will set up a store credit gift
certificate and email you the code. You may use your store credit to purchase anything from our
store that is currently in stock. The store credit gift certificate is valid for six months from the
issuing date.
Exchanges. We do not offer exchanges (only credited returns and store credit for gifts). Our
inventory is constantly changing and unfortunately we may not have a particular item/color/size
in stock when a return is received. Therefore we only issue store credit so you may purchase
from our available inventory and ensure you receive your new items in a quick and timely
manner.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
